what he dresses up like.
We hosted a youth party at our home. It was nuts.
Mike counted over 40 kids at our house for Halloween night.
It was really fun we ate, played games and of course talked.
Our food spread. It was awesome
Cat liter anyone? I made this cake it taste good but NoONE ate it. It was really hard to get past what you saw.

Happy Halloween. Gotta love this time of year,
Sorry it has been a while since I last blogged. I have sat thru Rain, Cold, Heat and wind watching my children play soccer and football. been a little busy to blog. My Friend and I also are hosting a Craft night at the barn so staying busy with that takes up my other free time. Skyler and Carson that is all I got to dress up this year. Skyler loves Buzz. He is with his best friend Eli the doctor. The scary joker. Yeah that would be Carson. Why do my children like to dress up in scary costumes when they hit 10yrs old? Maybe I have hope with my Skyler. he hates scary stuff like his mom.
Casin found something that he can do and work when
he wants or cans and earns $30 -$40 a home. It usually takes him about 2 hrs or less to complete a home (DANG!)
His Uncle works for a company that maintains repossessed homes
for the banks. When they have a home in Abilene that needs to be cleaned
or yard mowed Casin gets to go and take care of them. It works awesome with
his busy football schedule. They call him and he tells them if he is available to work or not.
How did a 16yr old get an awesome job like that? Oh right, connections.
I am in big trouble. That is all I am
going to say. Well maybe one more,
Dang Cavin and I make cute kids.
Casin got to be on the front pages of two local city
newspapers. He is #9. We don't take the paper luckily we have
great friends who let us know our son was the lucky player to
be on the front page. Have to brag a little bit. This is a proud mom moment.

He gets a yellow sticker today. He rides the bus. All I can do is watch out the front door and take pictures. It's been 16 years since I have been childless at home. I think I am going thru withdrawls.

So I was so excited to pick Skyler up from school on his first day. This was our conversation.
Mom "Hi Skyler, I missed you, how was your day?
Skyler," Do you see this sticker (pointing to his shirt) It is pink! The bus sticker is yellow! I want yellow!!!!
Mom " OK, you can ride the bus tomorrow Does pink mean I pick you up?
Skyler "I don't want pink, I want yellow! Can I ride the bus today?
Mom "Sorry Skyler, I missed you so much today I wanted to see you and take you home. Lets go get Carson.
Skyler "Can I have yellow tomorrow?
Mom "Yes Skyler yellow tomorrow (wiping tears from my eyes)
ACU University has a really cool place
for photos. It is Jacob's Ladder. It has cool
rock pillars and inspirational quotes written in them.
There were fountains and water and flowers. It
was a good day for photos

Jason putting on Black Magic. that is the name of the
$300.00 van they purchased. It was a van in which the lady who owned it was being chased by the police and she tried to jump a water ditch and ran it into a barb wire fence after she jumped the ditch. She ditched the van to run from police. Lucky for these boys, the van became available for purchase because nothing is better than a van for $300.00. The van was originally tan. They took 40 cans of spray paint to give it this lovely look.
